Come have the vacation of your dreams in this 6 bedroom, 3 bath -2 story beach home on beautiful Pensacola Beach! This home has 2 kitchens, 2 separate laundry rooms, and parking for up to 8 cars! A private pool and 6 adult hot tub (extra per stay charge of $250 to use hot tub) in the private courtyard is a welcomed retreat from the Summer sun and a 400 square foot back deck is perfect for lounging as the sun sets! Located on the 200 block of the beach makes this property walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as 2 minute walk to the sands of the gulf! Public beach access runs right beside the property for easy access to both the Santa Rosa sound as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Two king bedrooms downstairs as well as a studio bunk bedroom (two single bunk bed sets in that space), and a full over full bunk bedroom with kitchen and living room area. Upstairs is a King bedroom and a full over full bunkroom. There are also two pull out sleeper couches that sleeps 4 people. There is a weight restriction on all top bunks of 175 lbs for a single bunk and 225lbs for full top bunks. All kitchen ware and dining ware is provided to make any meal so no need to bring your own. Linens are also provided for mattress covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, quilt, pillow cases, and decorative pillow covers. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are also provided. Beach towels are not provided nor are beach chairs or umbrellas. Gas propane grill as well as pool loungers adorn the back deck and pool areas. Dining room upstairs accommodates 8 and the bar accommodates 3 more. Downstairs is a dinette/breakfast area that accommodates 4 people and another bar downstairs for 2 more. Flat panel TVs are in each room for a more private entertainment. Wifi provided and Mediacom cable TV with Showtime premium movie channel. Blue ray provided as well as an Xbox One console. Hi Fidelity stereo in the living room for your listening pleasure for movies on rainy days. There is a 12X20 private kidney shaped pool with hot tub that 6 adults can enjoy (there is an extra charge to use as mentioned above) all in the back courtyard with security fence for safe and fun afternoons and evenings. Lighted for your evening entertainment. This house is tailor made for three to four family groups with kids. There is a 25 year old requirement for non-family groups so heads up on that.
