Tons of space and a home feel for the ideal vacation – really loved the Atmosphere and spacing. We visited for a chilly week but the heated pool and big living room made up for it most of the time! Barely any walk to the amazing beach – less than a block, direct shot! Owner was super receptive and so accommodating! Brought us a new coffee pot and got towels delivered with no hassle! This property and owner couldn’t have a higher recommendation from my group. Great, quiet neighborhood for the most part with little commute into town. Loved our getaway!

I had 5 guest including myself to rent this home…what really sold me on this home is the view which the pictures don’t give it justice and the neighbors are extremely hospitable as well as awesome kind people. We loved this home and can’t wait to rent in the future to other destinations. The owner was amazing and didn’t hesitate to answer my calls & questions. SO GREAT. Lastly I would just like to comment the multi-color pool was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to rent your great, spacious, immaculate home.

This was a truly great place to stay for our group of 8 adults. With the open layout, large kitchen, and bedroom options, it would also work well for a large family or group of families.

With beach access right around the corner, in just a short 2 minute walk you can be relaxing in the sand with the ocean water tickling your toes. Even better, you can see the ocean from the back balcony and decide if it’s a good beach day without ever leaving the house. If it’s not a good day for the beach, you can take advantage of the property’s private pool which we ended up doing one day during our stay.

The owner was good about checking in with us periodically throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well.

Our family & friends absolutely loved this house & location to the beach & also restaurants. The pool & outdoor shower was amazing! The backyard also had plenty of room for the children to play in & we loved how it was surrounded by a privacy fence. The owner was very attentive & easy to get a hold of, we were in need of extra sheets for the pull out sofa & he had the cleaning crew come out & deliver them to us the next morning on a Sunday. We will definitely be back to stay at this hidden gem!

Property was nice and in great shape. Very close walk to the beach. More than enough room for my family of 5. Spoke to the owner/agent several times in person and via text. Very easy to work with and very professional. Would definitely consider staying again. We have been coming to Pensacola Beach the past several years and this was the first time with a rental house vs a condo. Really like the home feel and being able to relax .

We took our family here on vacation in July. This home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner was very timely in any response (and I am pretty needy so it was impressive) :). The walk to the beach was very short, the pool was a nice size, and the outdoor shower was very handy for washing off after the beach. There was plenty of room for 14 people. Overall, this was an awesome vacation and I would definitely book this home again.

The house was spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Pool and deck were a nice way to relax in the evenings. The owner was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.

My family had a great week. The house has plenty of room with lots of beds and a very large dining table that seats eight. Was a little concerned about the walk to the beach because we have always stayed beachfront but it is a very short walk with easy access to the beach. We loved the family oriented neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Sands. The owner is really nice and accommodating. The house was perfect for 8 adults. Loved the pool – used it every day. Close to the beach and stores. Will stay again.

Beautiful property and great location! The house is beautiful, the owner was great, the location was amazing, I could go on and on! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.
